45% Syrah, 45% Carignan (on granitic arenas) and 10% Grenache Noir from old vines farmed organically, planted on various soils of rolled pebbles, sand, granite, and pink marble. The grapes were harvested by hand and naturally vinified: the three grape varieties are macerated separately, each undergoing 10 days of whole-cluster carbonic maceration. Aged separately for 4 months in used barrels, blended, and bottled unfined and unfiltered. Just a micro-dose of sulphites (1 g/hL at racking).
