45% Syrah, 45% Carignan (grown on granitic sandy soil), and 10% Grenache Noir, sourced from old vines farmed organically and planted in 1956 on two hectares of sandy-loam soils. the grapesw ere harvested by hand and vinified naturally: separate maceration of the three grape varieties, with 10 days of whole-cluster carbonic maceration for each.
