A blend of 70% Grenache Blanc, 25% Macabeu, and 5% Muscat à Petits Grains, sourced from approximately 50-year-old vines cultivated organically and planted in silty sand. Hand-harvested and vinified naturally. Whole clusters were directly pressed for 4 hours, followed by fermentation in 10-hl stainless steel tanks and two months of aging in 500-liter barrels. Bottled in late November 2025, without fining or filtration, with just a micro-dose of sulfur.
