100% Grenache Noir from vines planted in 2003 on a 35-are plot of black schist soils, taken over by Jordan in 2022 while he was still studying vinifications. The grapes were harvested by hand and naturally vinified: every berry is manually destemmed— it was pure caviar! Gentle pressing in a ratchet press, 4 months of aging in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled unfined and unfiltered, with just a micro-dose of sulphites (1 g/hL during racking of the barrels).
