Jordan Le Guyader

Jordan Le Guyader, born in 1995, is exactly what his name and signature marinière suggest: a true butter-bred Breton now rooted in… the Roussillon. After working as a wine-dealer in Lamballe and falling hard for natural wine, he quickly felt the pull to cross to the other side and start making his own. “My ultimate goal was to have my own cuvée,” he tells us… a man who clearly delivers on his ambitions. In 2021 he headed to Rivesaltes for his BPREA, doing his apprenticeship at Léonine with Stéphane Morin — not a bad place to learn the ropes. Degree in hand, Jordan met Cécile Liotier, “love at first sight at a karaoke.” She’s Breton too, a natural-wine lover, graphic designer, cinema hair stylist, and brilliant cook. In 2023 Jordan bought Léonine’s 13 hectares and signed off on his gorgeous first vintage in 2024. Together, they’re shaping the Domaine into a place that feels like them: a living space for food, culture, music, and wine. The wines are delicious — definitely a project to keep on your radar.
