A cross-regional cuvée! A blend of half Grenache (purchased grapes) and half Pineau d'Aunis (from Bellivière), from organically and biodynamically farmed vines, harvested by hand in September 2021 for the Grenache and in September 2022 for the Pineau d’Aunis. Vinified at Mlaure-Anne and Clément's: total destemming, maceration in vats with gentle punch-downs. 12 months in oak barrels on fine lees, followed by 12 months in tanks for the Grenache and 12 months in oak barrels for the Pineau d’Aunis. Bottled in June 2023 after very light sulfiting.
