A label illustrated by the great Michel Tolmer is always a foretaste of good things to come! Nose of citrus fruits and white fruits, lively and frank bubbles, the palate is fresh and very thirst-quenching. Perfect for all your aperitifs: Seigneur means “Lord”, a noble nectar indeed!
Pétillant naturel produced from a blend of 50% Chardonnay, 25% Roussanne and 25% Picpoul Blanc, from organically farmed vines and hand-harvested. Natural vinification with no additives: direct pressing of all three varieties, fermentations start in vats, bottled before the fermentations are complete, with residual sugar to create the effervescence in the bottle (ancestral method). Unfined, unfiltered, sensible use of sulphites. 4 grams of residual sugar per litre, making it a brut sparkling wine.
Bernard Duseigneur arrived 20 years ago at the eponymous estate founded by his father, a true wine enthusiast who had just returned from Portugal.
