A 100% Grenache Noir cuvée. From 50-year-old vines, facing north, on gneiss soils. The Le Bout du Monde estate is certified organic. Vinification: the grapes are chilled to 4°C, followed by carbonic maceration for 4 weeks with indigenous yeasts, then maturation in Burgundy barrels which have seen 6-7 wines. Bottled with a micro-dose of sulphur.

Edouard Laffitte jumped into viticulture after several years working at the cooperative of Estézargues in the Gard, where he met Jean-François Nicq of Domaine Les Foulard Rouges, with whom he’d discover natural wine.
