A 100% Grenache Noir cuvée, made from 50-year-old vines, grown organically (the whole of Le Bout du Monde is certified organic), and planted on gneiss soils, on a North-facing parcel. Vinification: the grapes are chilled to 4°C, followed by carbonic maceration of the whole clusters for 4 weeks with indigenous yeasts, soft pressing, then maturation in Burgundy barrels which have seen 6-7 wines. Bottled without fining nor filtration, only with a micro-dose of sulphur.
