100% Trousseau cuvée, from organically conducted vines planted in 1988 on soils of iridescent marls from the Triassic period. Manual harvesting on the 13th of September, complete destemming, maceration in stainless steel tank, daily punch-downs and pumping over for a month, pressing, aging in oak casks and then in stainless steel tanks, for one year. Bottled on the 8th of September 2023 at the Estate, unfined, unfiltered, zero added sulphur.

They are neighbours of the famous Pierre Overnoy, andhey reside in the oldest building in the village of Pupillin. Tony struck out on his own to quietly create his estate as well in 2013.
