As its name suggests, a Trousseau worthy of being kept (gardé) in your cellar for a few years! A lovely delicacy that will reveal itself after a short time in your cellar, with its wild, fruity nose and pure, free-flowing finesse on the palate.
100% Trousseau cuvée, from organically conducted vines planted in 1988 on soils of iridescent marls from the Triassic period. Manual harvesting on the 13th of September, complete destemming, maceration in stainless steel tank, daily punch-downs and pumping over for a month, pressing, aging in oak casks and then in stainless steel tanks, for one year. Bottled on the 8th of September 2023 at the Estate, unfined, unfiltered, zero added sulphur.
Tony Bornard is the son of the famous Jura figurehead Philippe Bornard , today retired.
