100% Trousseau grapes from organically farmed vines planted on red marl soils. Harvested by hand on the 9th and 12th of September. Natural vinification: total destemming, one week of maceration with daily pumping over and light punching down. Pressing, 11 months of aging in stainless steel vats. Bottled on July 8th, 2023 without fining or filtration, no added sulfites.

Tony Bornard is the son of the famous Jura figurehead Philippe Bornard , today retired. They are neighbours of the famous Pierre Overnoy, andhey reside in the oldest building in the village of Pupillin. Tony struck out on his own to quietly create his estate as well in 2013.
