100% Melon à Queue Rouge, an old grape variety from Jura related to the Chardonnay, a forgotten grape variety which had almost disappeared due to its low yield. Old vines over 40 years old, from a massal selection, grown organically, facing North and planted on iridescent marls. Bottled on May 22, 2025 without fining or filtration, no added sulfites.
