Chenin from vines aged 10 to 50 years, in conversion towards organic farming, planted on clay and flint soils over tuffeau. Manual harvest from the 6th to the 29th of September 2022. Direct pressing, aging in 600-liter barrels on fine lees, and blending of several vintages—70% from 2022 with 30% reserve wines, Solera style. Bottled in December 2023 with the addition of a liqueur de tirage for secondary fermentation, followed by 17 months of aging on laths before disgorgement in April 2025. A cuvée without dosage, with a low dose of sulfur.
