100% Pinot Noir from vines planted on a basalt-rich volcanic soil, with presence of blue marls. Manual harvesting, drastic sorting in the vineyard in order to select the most beautiful bunches that had escaped the hailstorm. Light treading, direct pressing, alcoholic fermentation in 228-liter barrels that have seen several wines, aging for 12 months in barrels. Bottled by gravity without fining, filtration or addition of sulphites.

After quitting his job in insurance banks, he got his viticulture and oenology diploma, and trained alongside Jérôme Bressy in Rasteau, then with the legendary Thierry Allemand in Cornas.
