A 100% Romorantin cuvée, from organically farmed vines planted on a 0.9 hectare parcel, with flinty clay soils. Vines of 5 to almost 120 years old. The grapes are harvested by hand and the yields are controlled. Viticulture and winemaking are 100% natural: direct pressing, aging of 14 months in Burgundian large oak barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the Estate on the 29th of October 2025 without fining or filtration, zero added sulphur.
