100% Gewurztraminer, from vines cultivated biodynamically and planted at 300-400 metres altitude in the communes of Kientzheim and Sigolsheim, on marly-limestone and sandstone terroirs with a shallow, stony structure. The parcel faces south and has a steep slope – in other words, ideal conditions for viticulture. Vinification: gentle pressing, settling of the must, transfer to barrels that have seen several wines for fermentation with indigenous yeasts, then maturation for 10 months on fine lees, without stirring.
