100% Pinot Noir from vines planted in 1946, 1962, 1978 and 1980 on a 1.64 ha plot at an altitude of 280 meters above sea-level, on clay-limestone soils facing South-East. Manual harvest. Vinification: 30 to 50% whole bunches, 10 to 15 days of maceration in wooden vats, soft pressing, 18 months of aging in oak barrels with approximately 45% new oak.
