A cuvée in homage to the monks of Cluny Abbey, who established the Clos in the year 910. Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Fin, Gamay, Gamay Petits Grains... coplanted. From several parcels, of which some were planted in 1950. Grapes are harvested by hand at the end of September 2021. Matured in barrels for 7 months, followed by 3 months in vats. Bottled without filtration, no added sulfites.
