Mercurey "Les Vignes Blanches" Qvevris - 2020 - Frédéric Cossard

Domaine de Chassorney

Complex nose carried by notes of red fruits, cherry and raspberry, enhanced by soft spices, a floral hint and a mineral sensation on the second nose. In perfect harmony with the fruity palate, slender and long, thin tannins without any astringency, the amphora gives a very nice patina.

100% Pinot Noir from 30-year-old vines farmed organically and planted on a very beautiful parcel with clay and limestone soils. Unfined, unfiltered, zero added sulphur!
