Wine certified organic by Ecocert and biodynamic by Demeter, from a very rare clayey marl terroir from the Lias period, that this grape variety likes a lot! The vines were planted in 1947, 1953 and 1958. Grapes are harvested by hand, vinification and maturation in Burgundy barrels for 24 months. Bottled at the estate without fining or filtration, a light dose of sulphites at bottling, total SO2 less than 20 mg/l.
