100% Sémillon, the major losses of the 2021 vintage have convinced Philippe to turn to the purchase of grapes from organic winemakers for this vintage. To the South-West area, more specifically around Bergerac! Manual harvesting, direct pressing, short élevage in vats. Bottled at the Estate at the end of March 2022 without fining or filtration, just a tiny dose of sulfites at bottling.

In 2015, Philippe Chevarin embarked on a second career: after having worked as a musician and sound engineer alongside such stars as Dominique A. and Vanessa Paradis, he found himself leaving it all to pursue a divine idyll in the world of wine! The revelation came from an encounter with the great winemaker Thierry Puzelat – or more specifically with a bottle of Puzelat’s Le Buisson...
