100% Sémillon, the major losses of the 2021 vintage have convinced Philippe to turn to the purchase of grapes from organic winemakers for this vintage. To the South-West area, more specifically around Bergerac! Manual harvesting, direct pressing, short élevage in vats. Bottled at the Estate at the end of March 2022 without fining or filtration, just a tiny dose of sulfites at bottling.
