100% Gamay from several soils. A cuvée made from grapes sourced from 60-70-year-old vines.... Viticulture and vinification are 100% natural: semi-carbonic maceration for two weeks, 8 months of aging in conical oak vats and demi-muid barrels that have seen several wines. Unfined, unfiltered, bottled at the estate without added sulfites on the 3rd of May, 2022.
