100% Syrah from vines planted on rolled pebble and red clay soils in the small town of Pont-de-l’Isère, across a total of two hectares. The grapes were harvested by hand, with yields around 35 hl/ha, sorted both in the vineyard and at the cellar entrance. Vinification: indigenous yeasts, fully destemmed, cold maceration in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks, pressing, then 12 months ageing in 600-litre demi-muids. Bottled at the estate.
