100% Cinsault from 20-year-old organic vines planted in Vaison-la-Romaine in the Vaucluse (Southern Rhône), on clay-limestone soils. This involves buying grapes from winegrowers who share the same philosophy as the Cossards. Manual harvest and natural vinification in Burgundy at the Domaine de Chassorney. Direct pressing of the whole bunches, short aging in stainless steel vats. Bottled without fining, filtration or added sulfites.

Frédéric Cossard and his partner Laure founded their estate in 2006, while also beginning to buy grapes from multiple historic appellations: Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Pommard, Chambolle-Musigny, Vosne-Romanée, and even the Jura.
