Brouilly is known for its tendency to develop notes of cooked fruits… Well, here it is “ni cru ni cuit”, meaning “neither raw or cooked”, so it is perfectly balanced! Notes of blackcurrant, blackberry, tonka bean. Beautiful palate, powerful, pure and persistent.

Gamay made from the blend of the Brouilly and Côte de Brouilly parcels, old vines conducted organically, labelled ‘Nature et Progrès’, and planted on volcanic and shale soil, Pierre Bleue de Brouilly. Facing South and Southeast. Manual harvest mid-September. Vinification: full harvesting, no additives, vatting for a month, carbonic maceration, aging for 8 months in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the end of June 2022. Unfined, unfiltered, zero added sulfites.
