Chardonnay from old vines grown biodynamically, planted in 1920 on a small plot, with a tiny proportion of Pinot Blanc. Hand-harvested and vinified naturally. Direct pressing, fermentation and aging in barrels that have seen several wines, for one year, on the lees. Bottled at the estate, without fining or filtration, without added sulfites.
