A blend of 2/3 Gamay and 1/3 Pinot Noir from biodynamic, hand-harvested vines. Natural vinification: 30% of the grapes are destemmed and placed at the bottom of the vat, separate maceration of the two grape varieties, gentle pressing, blending of the juices and aging for one year in casks that have seen several wines. Not fined or filtered, just a micro-dose of sulfur added.
