A 100% organic and biodynamic Pinot Noir cuvée, from a single 5-ha parcel of massal selection vines, planted in 1983 in the Coteaux de Dijon area, on clay-limestone and pebbly soils. Once a flourishing wine region, today it’s as if the Gobi desert surrounded the estate. The upside is… Marc has zero pesticide spraying neighbours! Natural vinification without additives: semi-carbonic maceration of the whole bunches, and 20 months of maturation in barrels, with 30% new oak. Bottled without fining or filtration, without added sulfites.
