100% Chardonnay from vines grown organically and planted on a parcel located on the Montagne de Beaune, at the bottom of a little valley that gets quite hot in summer, above the Premier Cru “Les Bressandes”. The vines are oriented towards the city of Beaune, and face the rising sun. Its soil is made up of very white clay-limestone rock. Natural vinification: direct pressing, fermentation and aging in egg-shaped concrete vats for 14 months. Bottled without fining or filtration zero added sulphur.

Frédéric Cossard and his partner Laure founded their estate in 2006, while also beginning to buy grapes from multiple historic appellations: Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Pommard, Chambolle-Musigny, Vosne-Romanée, and even the Jura.
