100% Pinot Noir from vines planted at the bottom of the Premier Cru vineyard “Les Lurets”. An area classified under Village wine, it boasts magnificent vines of around 50 years old. Organic farming, and manual harvest. Natural vinification without additives: maceration in whole bunches, maturation for 12 months in egg-shaped concrete vats. Unfined, unfiltered, zero added sulfites.
Frédéric Cossard and his partner Laure founded their estate in 2006, while also beginning to buy grapes from multiple historic appellations: Meursault, Puligny-Montrachet, Chassagne-Montrachet, Pommard, Chambolle-Musigny, Vosne-Romanée, and even the Jura.
