90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir from the diverse parcels of Agrapart, with vines planted in Avenay, Coligny, Vauciennes, and the Grand Crus of Avize, Oger, Cramant, and Oiry. The soils are always plowed. Blend of the 2021 and 2022 vintages. Grapes harvested at optimal maturity, pressing, indigenous yeasts, vinification and aging on the lees, 25% of the aging done in oak barrels. Bottled in May 2023. Aged on lees for over 2 years, disgorged in October 2025. Dosage of six grams per liter, an Extra-Brut Champagne.
Pascal Agrapart
Pascal Agrapart is one of the most respected winegrowers of the Côte des Blancs, based in Avize, at the helm of the eponymous Champagne house.
