A Chardonnay cuvée from vines planted at Champ Caïn, one of Jacquesson’s famous vineyard sites. The 1.3-ha parcel is situated at the bottom of the slope, facing south, and planted in 1962 at a high density with 12000 vines. The soil is composed of clayey, loamy limestone with chalky gravel. Manual harvest one the 10th of October 2013. This Champagne did not receive any dosage, and was aged for almost 9 years in the lees in casks, and in stacks. It is a very rare cuvée, produced only in the greatest vintages. Low sulfites.
