Coutinaux - 2015 - Champagne Famille Collet
Thomas & Florent Collet
Nuts, brioche, almond, apricot, and honey. A Champagne with beautifully integrated ageing, the palate is vibrant, fresh, and structured. The bubbles are ultra-fine, and there's a lovely flow despite the opulent first impression on the nose.

Blend of 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir from old vines farmed organically on the lieu-dit Coutinaux, located on the northern terroir of Fontaine-Denis-Nuisy. Fermentation and ageing take place 60% in oak barrels. Long aging on lees and in bottles on laths, disgorged in April 2022. Dosage at 2 grams per litre – this is an extra-brut.
