90% Pinot Noir (including 15% red wine) and 10% Chardonnay from 35-year-old vines on average, planted in Rilly-la-Montagne — a Premier Cru village on the Montagne de Reims, with clay-limestone soils. Manual harvest, traditional pressing, gravity settling, vinification and 10 months of aging on fine lees in large oak vats (foudres), with no malolactic fermentation. Bottled then aged on lees in the Domaine’s chalk cellars. A 2022-based cuvée blended with reserve wines from 2020 and 2021. Dosage: 8 grams per liter. Disgorged in July 2024.
