60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir (including about 9% red wine aged in oak barrels from the 2019 and 2021 harvests). Vines planted on clay-limestone soils rich in chalk, in the Grand Cru village of Ambonnay, in the southeast of the Montagne de Reims. Manual harvest in small crates, pressing in an automatic inclined-plate press, vinification in vats and large oak casks, ageing on fine lees. Blending in tank with still white wines from the latest harvest, followed by tirage and bottle ageing on lees until disgorgement on April 14, 2024. Dosage: 7 grams per litre.
