Champagne
Parcellaire Les Champs Saint Martin - 2013 - Champagne Hugues Godmé
Hugues & Lucille Godmé
An exceptional tasting—this is a Grand Cru, and you can feel it. Probably the most accomplished Champagne from Godmé. Salted butter caramel, almond, brioche, yellow peach... The mousse is incredibly fine, the palate powerful and creamy, yet fresh and mineral. Crafted for food pairings.

Hugues and Lucille Godmé
Hugues and Lucille Godmé, father and daughter, work hand in hand at the helm of their family-run Maison de Champagne. You may already know the name Hugues Godmé, a true pioneer of biodynamics in Champagne. He joined his parents' estate in 1978, following four generations before him, and left a lasting mark. In 2006, he put an end to chemical treatments, and the estate was later certified...
