Blend of six grape varieties: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier, Arbanne, Petit Meslier, and Pinot Blanc, planted together in the same vineyard since 2003. The grapes are harvested, pressed, and vinified together. Vinification in demi-muids, with 80% from 2021 and 20% from 2020, complete malolactic fermentation. Bottled in May 2022 without fining or filtration, aged on laths for over three years, disgorged in October 2025. Dosage limited to 5 grams per liter, this is an Extra-Brut Champagne.
Pascal Agrapart
Pascal Agrapart is one of the most respected winegrowers of the Côte des Blancs, based in Avize, at the helm of the eponymous Champagne house.
