Cuvée made from the 2015 harvest with 21% reserve wines. A blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier (the two dominant varieties), and Chardonnay, sourced 60% from Aÿ, Dizy, Hautvillers, and Champillon, and 40% from Avize and Oiry. Hand-harvested from September 10th to 30th, with a uniform crop of perfectly ripe and healthy grapes. Vinified and aged in large oak casks. DT = "Dégorgement Tardif" or Late Disgorgement, with extended aging on lees for 89 months under natural cork. No dosage. Disgorged in March 2024.
