100% Pinot Noir from vines cultivated organically and planted in 1993 on a low east-facing slope with deep, reddish-brown limestone soils over chalky loam, for a tpotam surface of 1ha33. Hand-harvested on the 20th of September 2014, the grapes are perfectly ripe and healthy, showcasing beautiful balance. Vinification and aging occur in large casks on the lees. Extended bottle aging on laths for nearly nine years. Non-fined, unfiltered, zero dosage, disgorged in March 2023.
