Blend of 50% Chardonnay and 50% Pinot Noir from the 2022 harvest only, 30-year-old vines grown biodynamically and planted on the La Fosse plot, with a South / South-East exposure, which presents shallow soils of red clay on limestones. Manual harvesting, vinification in barrels and demi-muids from the alcoholic fermentation, aging on slats. No fining or filtration. Disgorged in October 2024, a cuvée produced without dosage, this is therefore a Brut Nature Champagne. Produced without added sulphur.
