100% Pinot Noir from the 2022 harvest only, around 20- to 35-year-old vines grown biodynamically and planted on the Les Cognaux plot, which presents clay and limestone soils with a majority of grey limestone. Top of the hill with a South / South-East exposure. Manual harvesting, vinification in barrels and demi-muids from the alcoholic fermentation, aging on slats. No fining or filtration. Disgorged in October 2024, a cuvée produced without dosage and without added sulphur. This is a Brut Nature champagne.
