Minéral - 2019 - Champagne Agrapart & Fils

100% Chardonnay from the 2019 vintage only, with vines planted on two Grand Cru parcels selected for their identical geological profile: shallow soils directly over chalk. The parcels are Champ Bouton in Avize and Bionnes in Cramant. Harvested at optimal ripeness, pressing, and aging on the lees, half of the wine being aged in oak barrels. Bottled in May 2020. Aged on laths for more than 5 years, disgorged in October 2025. Dosage of three grams per litre, making this an Extra-Brut Champagne. Without filtration.
