100% Chardonnay from the diversity of Agrapart’s Grand Cru vineyards, with parcels located in Avize, Oger, Cramant, and Oiry. The soils are always plowed. Blend of the 2019, 2020, and 2021 vintages. Harvested at optimal ripeness, pressed, fermented with indigenous yeasts, and aged on the lees, 25% in oak barrels. Bottled in May 2022. Aged on the lees for over 3 years, disgorged in October 2025. Dosage of five grams per litre, making this an Extra-Brut Champagne.
Pascal Agrapart
Pascal Agrapart is one of the most respected winegrowers of the Côte des Blancs, based in Avize, at the helm of the eponymous Champagne house.
