100% Chardonnay from the 2019 vintage only, grown on the 60-are Fosse aux Pourceaux parcel in Avize, classified in Grand Cru. No heavy machinery has ever touched this vineyard, worked entirely by hand and horse. Pressing, fermentation, and aging are all natural, the bottling was done in May 2020. Aged on lees and on laths for 5 years, disgorged in June 2025. Zero dosage, this is a Brut Nature Champagne.

Pascal Agrapart is one of the most respected winegrowers of the Côte des Blancs, based in Avize, at the helm of the eponymous Champagne house.
