The major losses of the 2021 vintage have convinced Philippe to turn to the purchase of grapes for this vintage. 100% Gamay from organically conducted vines planted in Mauges-sur-Loire, in the region of Anjou, specifically on the Domaine du Fresche. Natural vinification: half of the harvest is directly pressed and the other half goes through a maceration in two tanks, respectively for two and five days. Short aging in tanks, bottled at the Estate at the end of March 2022 without fining or filtration, zero sulfites added.
