A blend of Carignan, Syrah and Grenache from biodynamic vines planted on pebble soils of the Vallée du Rhône (we are on the same terroirs as the famous Lirac and Tavel). Manual harvest in crates at maturity. Natural vinification : indigenous yeasts, 10 days of vatting, with a pressing that preserves the fruit. 6 months of maturation in vats. Not fined or filtered, micro-dose of sulfur at bottling.
