Ventoux Rouge - 2021 - Corinna Faravel
A juice with a true Southern profile, on blackberry and plum notes, pepper, earthy notes, violet... Beautiful and fleshy mouthfeel, long, with just enough power, the alcohol is perfectly integrated, a balanced wine.

Corinna Faravel, of German origin, has always known that she wanted to work in contact with nature, she told her parents that she would be a gardener "when she’s a grown up”! Very early on, she was aware of food and wines, she began her studies at the Ecole Hôtelière de Lausanne, distinguished herself by her great tasting notes, which led her to her first internship in a German Estate.
