Akoibon - 2021 - Laurence Manya Krief
Yoyo
Nose carried by notes of crushed fruit, strawberry, cherry, blackberry, sweet spices, pepper, just a hint of black olive... A juicy wine, lots of finesse, beautiful balance.

Vinification: carbonic maceration for 10 days, cap punching, matured for 6 months in barrels that have seen several wines. Bottled at the Estate without fining or filtration, zero added sulphur.

Laurence Manya-Krief
Laurence Manya-Krief is sincere, upright, and determined... Formerly a sales director in ready-to-wear fashion, at 35 years old she dropped her career for a life of vines. Today, our taste buds are thrilled that she did! She may be petite, but she cultivates some of the most difficult plots in France. Her steep slopes are completely incompatible with mechanised farming, so she depends instead...
