Soulà - 2020 - Jordi Perez

A blended cuvée: 50% Grenache Noir and 50% Mourvèdre. From vines aged between 20 and more than 100 years old, certified organic, grown on a steep terraced vineyard parcel located in Banyuls-sur-Mer, on schist soils. Winter grazing by sheep and agro-forestry association with local varieties of olive and almond trees. Low yields: 15 hl/ha. Vinification: grapes are destemmed, crushed, macerated 30 by infusion, with daily pumping over of must, no additives, and 8 months of maturation in barrels. Bottled the following spring. Zero sulphur added.
