100% Cabernet Franc from 25-year-old vines on average, grown biodynamically and planted on a sandy-gravelly hillside. Manual harvesting with careful sorting. Natural vinification: in whole bunches, carbonic maceration in closed vats, soft pressing, aging in amphorae. Bottled at the estate without fining, filtration or addition of sulfites.
