Majority of Chardonnay, supplemented with Pinot Noir, the vines are planted on each of the Merfy plots owned by the estate, on clay, sandy or more calcareous soils. Differentiated vinification of each of the plots, almost two years of aging in barrels of 250, 300 and 2000 liters, for the 2018 wine, and a small part of the reserve wines from two to five years old has aged in vats. Bottled in July 2019, aged on laths, disgorged in June 2023, dosage at 4.5 grams per litre, no filtration.
