100% Pinot Noir from the 2019 vintage, vines cultivated organically and planted in the Aube region: from “similar neighboring vineyard sites facing North”. The grapes are pressed in a traditional Coquard vertical press. Vinified and matured in wood, with indigenous yeasts, disgorged on the 1st of October of 2021, with traditional ‘flying’ disgorgement, and zero dosage. The purpose of this cuvée is to capture the impact of the exposure in the bottle since it is the same grape variety, harvest and vinification than Les Semblables Austral.

Bertrand Gautherot
Hélène and Bertrand Gautherot, two natural winemakers in Champagne, are the owners of Vouette & Sorbée, named after the estate’s two main vineyards.
